Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Chalice Collectibles tags and protective liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
